What is the costs of my parcel?

If you are in a main centre, you could expect to pay in the region of R135 to R245 per shipment (depending on heavier weight orders). If you are situated in a more remote rural area, extra costs could be possible. 

DESCRIPTION:

Rosewood Standardised Oil is a blended, aromatherapy grade essential oil. A standardised oil does not mean the oil is impure or has been diluted. A standardised essential oil is used to describe a blend of natural oils, that achieved a carefully controlled consistency of oil from batch to batch. Each oil used in the blend are sourced from natural plant materials and extracted either via steam distillation or cold pressing.

SCENT:

Rosewood essential oil has a distinctive, sweet, and woody scent with floral undertones.

USES AND BENEFITS:

Rosewood oil is ideal for treating sensitive skin as well as helping to relieve stress and nervous conditions. Rosewood Standard Oil has the potential to reduce the appearance of fine lines and promote skin elasticity with skin-balancing properties. Captivating the essence of its botanical opulence, catering to the needs of various skin types.

Rosewood Standardised oil blends well with Frankincense, Lavender, Sweet Orange, Lemon, Bergamot, Neroli, Pine, Myrrh and Sandalwood.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Dilute before use. For massage dilute 10 drops to 50 ml carrier oil. For a refreshing bath, add 5 drops in a 10 ml carrier oil. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Consult your doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding and before use. May contain allergens. Patch test recommended. For external use only.

Do not use/apply essential oils on the skin surface for:

Pre-Existing Medical Conditions:

 People with any form of liver disease,

 People with epilepsy (seizure disorder),

 People who are using medications for chronic health conditions. Active ingredients in essential oils may/can interact with certain medications. Please consult your doctor or pharmacist for any additional information regarding the use of chronic medications combined with essential oils for your health.

 People who suffer from respiratory allergies or have asthma, must avoid directly inhaling essential oils, because it can lead to a severe reactions.

 People that are prone to skin allergies or have sensitive skin, should firstly before use, perform a coin sized patch test on the inside of the arm or bend of the elbow. Allow this patch test for twenty minutes. If any intolerance to the skin occur, stop use immediately and rinse the area with water. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if symptoms worsen. 

 People who have hormone-dependent conditions. Certain essential oils mimic hormone-like properties and may be considered endocrine disruptors. Please consult your GP's for any advice before use.

 Before using essential oils, consult with your medical doctor before use. Also inquire with a trained aromatherapist before use.  Children, babies and animals: Strictly keep away from any essential oils. Essential oils should always be stored in an area that is inaccessible to children and animals. Make sure the bottles are closed tightly even when empty.

For external use only:

 Essential oils are for external use only. Essential oils must never be used near the eyes, inner nose, and ears, or on any other particularly sensitive areas of skin. It is imperative to consult a medical practitioner before using these oils for therapeutic purposes.

Essential oil side effects:

 Potential side effects of essential oils include redness, rash, hives, burning, bleeding disorders, decreased speed of healing, low blood pressure, dizziness, headache, nausea, diarrhoea, convulsions, and rapid heartbeat. In the event of an allergic reaction, discontinue use of the products and see a doctor, pharmacist, or allergist immediately for a health assessment and appropriate remedial action. To prevent side effects, consult with a medical professional prior to use.

In the event of a problem:

• Avoid all contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Rinse immediately and thoroughly with clean water to flush the excess oil out, apply a cotton pad with vegetable oil (apricot, olive, sunflower etc). Contact a physician if any problem like irritation, burning and itchiness persists. For accidental ingestion, contact the nearest poison centre immediately.
